INGRIDIENTS
2 couvertures of 125 grams each
2 milk chocolates of 85 grams each
1 cup of sugar
250 grams of margarine
2 cups of flower and 1 teaspoon full of baking powder
2 vanilla doses
5 eggs
-Melt the margarine, the chocolates and the couvertures in a cooking pot and on a low heating speed.
-Then whip the sugar with the eggs and add the mixture of the melted chocolates.
-And finally, add the flower and the vanillas.
- Grease and flour a baking pan, pour in the final mixture and have it baked in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 mins. While you have it in the oven, do NOT open the oven door, until the 15 mins are over.
